About The Role As our Engineering Manager, you will lead a dedicated cross-functional engineering team, taking full end-to-end ownership of technical execution and business impact. You will bridge deep hands-on technical credibility with supportive leadership, building trust as a peer while enabling your team to deliver scalable financial systems. Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering team, fostering performance, trust, and long-term career growth.
• Partner directly with engineers in code reviews and architectural discussions to maintain high technical standards.
• Drive modern delivery practices, incorporating AI-driven workflows to optimize team efficiency and velocity.
• Align closely with different stakeholder, including Product Management, to deliver seamless, reliable financial products.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to connect team execution directly to Qred's strategic growth goals.

You thrive in a scaling fintech environment where you can build trust as a technical peer while providing supportive mentorship. Whether early in your engineering management path or an experienced tech lead ready for formal management, you take structured ownership of delivery and team culture. Qualifications

• Early experience as an Engineering Manager, or a strong background as a Senior/Lead Engineer aspiring to step into formal people leadership.
• Strong hands-on technical background in full-stack development, with fluency in modern backend and cloud architectures.
• Demonstrated ability to support, mentor, and build trust with senior software engineers as a credible peer.
• Familiarity with Agile practices, CI/CD pipelines, and continuous deployment in high-velocity environments.
• Practical interest or experience in leveraging AI tools to enhance engineering productivity.
