What you'll do

Employer Branding Lead If is a workplace where you grow through accountability, always with the support of a strong team. As the leading insurance company in the Nordics, with more than 4.6 million customers across the Nordics and Baltics, we offer both the scale and opportunities to make a real impact. About the role As Employer Branding Lead, you will own and drive If's employer brand and talent attraction strategy from a One If perspective. Combining strategic ownership with hands-on execution, you will strengthen If's position as an employer of choice and lead initiatives across the talent attraction journey, from building awareness and engagement to attracting the talent needed to specific areas and roles. You will set the overall direction across If while working closely with the Nordic markets to drive activation and execution. In the Baltics, you will collaborate with local stakeholders to support common initiatives, share best practices, and ensure alignment. This is a role for someone who enjoys combining strategy with execution. In addition to driving the overall agenda, you will create and adapt content, campaigns, and communication for different target groups and channels. Working closely with colleagues across Talent Acquisition, HR, Communications, Marketing, and the business. The role reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition. The role includes:

  • Owning and driving If's employer branding and talent attraction strategy, ensuring a strong and consistent employer brand across markets and target talent segments.
  • Developing and executing campaigns, content, and talent attraction initiatives that strengthen awareness, engagement, and preference for If as an employer.
  • Creating and adapting content for social media, career sites, employer branding campaigns, and other talent attraction activities.
  • Managing the Employer Branding budget and ensuring effective prioritization, execution, and impact across initiatives and channels.
  • Partnering with Talent Acquisition, HR, Communications, Marketing, and business stakeholders to align priorities, drive initiatives, and share best practices across markets.
  • Using data, market insights, talent trends, candidate feedback, and KPIs to measure impact and continuously improve results.

Who are you? We believe that different perspectives and ways of thinking make us stronger. That's why we value curious people who bring new ideas and contribute to an open, inclusive, and supportive culture. To succeed in this role, you have:

  • Experience of developing and driving employer branding and talent attraction strategies, with a strong understanding of how they support recruitment and broader business goals.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust, create alignment, and navigate across functions, countries, and cultures.
  • Experience leading projects and driving initiatives through collaboration and influence rather than direct people management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with hands-on experience creating engaging content, campaigns, and talent attraction activities for different target audiences and channels.
  • A solid understanding of social media, including both organic and paid activities, together with a data-driven approach and experience managing budgets, measuring impact, and driving continuous improvement.
  • A relevant academic degree in Communications, Marketing, HR, or a related field.

Nice if you also have:

  • Experience from a larger Nordic, Baltic, or international organization.
  • Understanding of tools such as Canva or similar design platforms.
