Email Marketing Specialist Remote | APAC Region | Australian Hours Full-Time | ASAP Start ️ Email Copywriting + Klaviyo Build High-Performing Email & SMS Campaigns for eCommerce Brands Join a growing performance marketing agency supporting eCommerce and DTC brands across multiple verticals. You’ll own email marketing execution across multiple client accounts, with a strong focus on copywriting, Klaviyo, lifecycle marketing, and retention. Why You'll Want This Role - Work remotely across the APAC region on Australian hours - Manage email and SMS marketing for multiple eCommerce and DTC brands - Own campaigns, lifecycle flows, segmentation, and performance optimization - Work primarily on high-converting email copywriting - Collaborate with Account Managers, Designers, and marketing specialists - Use tools including Klaviyo, Claude, Asana, Slack, Figma, and Notion What You'll Do - Build and schedule 2–3 email campaigns per client each week in Klaviyo - Write persuasive, on-brand copy for campaigns and lifecycle flows using Claude - Build and maintain Welcome, Abandonment, Post-Purchase, Winback, and advanced segmentation flows - Set up and QA automations, filters, splits, A/B tests, and list hygiene - Monitor opens, clicks, conversions, revenue, LTV, and retention performance - Maintain clean lists, suppression logic, and SMS compliance - Collaborate with Account Managers and Designers to execute campaigns - Identify opportunities to improve email and SMS performance What We're Looking For - 3+ years of hands-on email marketing experience, ideally in eCommerce/DTC - Strong Klaviyo experience across campaigns, flows, segmentation, and deliverability - Strong email copywriting skills with a portfolio of relevant work - Experience managing email lists of 10,000+ subscribers - Understanding of LTV, repeat rate, and cohort analysis - Strong attention to detail and QA discipline - Excellent written and spoken English - Able to work independently and manage deadlines - Working knowledge of CAN-SPAM and GDPR - Fast, reliable internet connection Ready to Make Email a Growth Channel?
