Partnering with Concept Designers, Model Designers, Engineers, and Manufacturing teams, you'll create elements that balance creativity, quality, play value, safety, and manufacturability. Life on the team You'll join Element Design within the LEGO Group's Design organization. We're a collaborative team that brings together creativity, play, aesthetics, and manufacturing considerations to create new elements for future products. You'll help expand the possibilities of character and element design, working closely with creative and technical partners as new products move from concept to production.
