Electrical Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Electrical Supervisor to join our team for a versatile position in a shipyard environment.

Job Description

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising, coordinating and overseeing various electrical installation and maintenance tasks. The work will mainly take place in a shipyard environment, with possible assignments at other locations as well.

Your duties will include:

-Supervising and coordinating electrical installation work.

-Planning and organizing daily work activities.

-Leading and supporting electricians and other team members.

-Ensuring that work is carried out safely and according to quality standards.

-Monitoring work progress and solving technical challenges.

-Cooperating with project management, customers and other contractors.

-Ensuring compliance with electrical safety regulations and requirements.

The position offers a wide variety of tasks and the opportunity to work on different projects in a dynamic industrial environment.

What We Expect from You

-Relevant education in electrical engineering or electrical installations.

-Previous experience in electrical supervision or a similar role.

-Good knowledge of electrical systems and installation practices.

-Ability to lead teams and organize work independently.

-A responsible, proactive and solution-oriented attitude.

-Good communication and teamwork skills.

-Flexibility and willingness to work at different locations when required.

-Good English skills. Finnish is considered an advantage.
