We are currently recruiting an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a major construction project in Denmark. This is a hands-on site-based leadership position, ideal for an experienced Electrical Supervisor, Electrical Trade Lead or Senior Electrician who is ready to take ownership of electrical delivery within a defined area of a large-scale project. The Role: You will work closely with the Construction Manager to coordinate electrical activities on site, lead electrical trades and subcontractors, and ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and coordinating electrical trade teams and subcontractors
• Taking ownership of your assigned electrical work area
• Reviewing IFC drawings, specifications and construction documentation
• Coordinating electrical works with other trades
• Developing and maintaining two-week look-ahead programmes
• Tracking manpower, daily activities and progress
• Supporting electrical installation, testing and commissioning
• Managing quality inspections, ITPs, snagging and close-out
• Implementing RAMS, toolbox talks and site safety requirements
• Monitoring materials, deliveries and procurement requirements
• Identifying and resolving technical and installation issues
• Reporting progress, risks and issues to the Construction Manager

What We're Looking For: We're interested in candidates with:

• A recognised Senior Electrical Trade qualification or equivalent
• 5+ years' site-based electrical supervisory/trade leadership experience
• Experience on data centre, pharmaceutical, medical device, commercial or industrial projects
• Strong ability to interpret electrical drawings and schematics
• Proven experience leading electrical trades and subcontractors
• Good understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination
• Experience with quality control, inspections and testing
• Strong knowledge of RAMS, toolbox talks and site safety
• Good commercial awareness
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach
