Electrical Supervisor – Copenhagen, Denmark Join a growing, family-run business with strong values Location: Copenhagen, Denmark (data centre project) Duration: 40 weeks confirmed, with further projects available after completion Start date: TBC Rate: Competitive, depending on experience Working pattern: 17 Days On with 4 Days Off Mac Electrics Ltd is looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a major data centre project in Copenhagen, Denmark. You’ll get 40 weeks of confirmed work on a large-scale project with an established electrical contracting company. The Role

• Supervise the daily electrical installation works on site, reporting to the Electrical Project Manager.
• Lead, organise and motivate teams of electricians, apprentices and subcontractors.
• Plan and assign daily and weekly tasks so the works keep to the project programme.
• Make sure all installations are carried out to drawings, specifications and the required quality standards.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics and technical documents, and raise RFIs where needed.
• Carry out quality checks, inspections and snagging as part of the QA process.
• Coordinate with the main contractor’s site team and other trades to avoid clashes and delays.
• Monitor materials on site, request orders and manage deliveries and storage.
• Record daily progress, labour levels and any delays, and report back to the Project Manager.
• Support testing, commissioning and integrated systems testing (IST), and help prepare handover records.
• Brief the team on RAMS, run toolbox talks and enforce safe working practices on site.
• Keep health and safety standards high and make sure the works comply with Danish and EU regulations.

About You

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or Chargehand on large-scale commercial or mission-critical projects.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of LV distribution, containment, cabling, power and lighting systems.
• A recognised electrical qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3 / JIB Approved Electrician or equivalent).
• SSSTS or SMSTS (or equivalent) and a valid health and safety certification.
• Experience with inspection and testing (e.g. 18th Edition, 2391 or equivalent).
• Familiarity with IEC/EN 60364 or Danish installation standards would be an advantage.
• Confident leading a team, with good organisation and communication skills.
• Willing to work in Denmark for the length of the project, with the right to work in the EU/Denmark (or able to get it).
• Previous data centre experience would be a distinct advantage.
