Electrical Supervisor

Electrical Supervisor / Electrical Package Manager Location: Fredericia, Denmark Sector: Data Centres / Mission Critical The Opportunity We are currently looking for experienced Electrical Supervisors / Electrical Package Managers to join a major data centre project in Fredericia, Denmark. The contractor is a leading European MEP specialist with a strong track record across the data centre and mission-critical sector, delivering large-scale projects throughout Ireland, the UK and Mainland Europe. The Role As an Electrical Supervisor / Electrical Package Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of allocated electrical packages across the project. Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising and coordinating electrical installation works on site.
• Taking ownership of allocated electrical packages through to completion.
• Managing and coordinating electrical subcontractors and specialist contractors.
• Ensuring works are progressing in line with the project programme.
• Coordinating with Project Managers, Engineers, Commissioning teams and other site disciplines.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical information.
• Monitoring installation quality and ensuring works meet the required standards.
• Identifying and resolving technical and installation issues.
• Managing labour, materials and resources within your area.
• Maintaining a strong focus on health & safety.
• Supporting testing, commissioning and handover activities.
• Providing regular progress updates to the wider project team.

About You We're looking for experienced Electrical Supervisors or Package Managers with:

• Strong electrical construction experience.
• Previous experience supervising electrical installation teams.
• Experience on data centre, large-scale commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical or similarly complex projects
• Experience managing electrical subcontractors and installation teams.
• Good understanding of electrical drawings, specifications and installation requirements.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive approach to resolving issues and keeping works moving.
• Previous European project experience is advantageous.
