Electrical LOTO Engineer - Pharma

Global Science & Engineering is hiring - Electrical LOTO Engineer - Pharma Zealand, Denmark - Full-time, on-site Global Science & Engineering (GSE) is looking for an experienced Electrical LOTO Engineer to support safe electrical work and commissioning on a pharmaceutical project. Three essential requirements:

• You must meet the client's requirements for formal appointment as an Authorised Person (AP) from day one.
• You must hold a valid LAUS course certificate for electrical safety on or near low-voltage installations.
• You must be willing and able to commute to site, approximately one hour's drive from the Greater Copenhagen area.

Employment: Permanent employment with GSE under a Danish salaried employee contract. The client assignment is for 12 months, with the possibility of extension for the right candidate. Your role:

• Develop and maintain electrical Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) plans and procedures.
• Plan and verify safe electrical isolation and support controlled energisation within your appointed authority.
• Review task risks and coordinate permits with contractors and commissioning teams.
• Brief site personnel on LOTO requirements, maintain accurate isolation and handover records, and support safety audits.

Your profile:

• Relevant electrical qualification and proven practical experience with electrical LOTO and safe isolation.
• Experience with commissioning, power distribution and reading electrical drawings.
• Professional English, clear communication and a structured approach to safety.
• Pharma experience and knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) are an advantage.
