This position reports to: Team Leader, Electrical Engineering __ Your role and responsibilities We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our ABB Oy, IEC LV Motors team in Vaasa. You will focus on customer-specific motor designs, applying your electrical engineering skills to various projects. Your responsibilities will include calculations, bill of material generation, engineering instructions and technical customer support. The work model for the role is: #LI-hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: - Electrical design of customer-specific, low voltage induction motors - Creating order-specific documentation - Collaboration with engineering team, the factory organization, global sales and other stakeholders - Providing post order technical support and/or customer documentation Qualifications for the role

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. level degree in Electrical engineering or similar

- Knowledge of engineering and tools such as Adept and Teamcenter. - Familiarity with MS Office and SAP - Customer oriented personality, team player with the ability to make quick decisions - A collaborative and solution-focused approach to work - Good language skills in Finnish and English - Experience in electric drive systems and electric motors is seen as a benefit - Industrial application knowledge is seen as a benefit Benefits Our culture and benefits reflect our values: courage, care, curiosity and collaboration.
