Educator - Professional Products Division

A Day in the Life Reporting to the Country Education Manager, you will empower and inspire our partner salons across your designated territory in Western Norway. Based in the Bergen area, you will combine technical hairdressing expertise with commercial empathy to drive the "business of beauty" for L'Oréal Professionnel.

• Education & Inspiration: Train and inspire salon partners on product knowledge and advanced techniques to help grow their businesses.
• Event Orchestration: Plan and run engaging seminars, industry shows, and brand launch events.
• Digital Advocacy: Leverage social media platforms to interact with the stylist community and amplify our brands online.
• Business Partnership: Provide dedicated support to our Salon Business Partners and act as a proud brand ambassador.

We Are Looking For

• Experience within hairdressing or professional hair education, with a genuine desire to train and develop others.
• An outgoing, flexible, and proactive team player who can also work independently in a field-based setup.
• Fluency in Norwegian and professional English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills, IT literacy (PowerPoint, Excel), and a valid driver's license.
• Based in the Bergen area, with a willingness to travel within Vestland and Rogaland region.
• Core Skills: Education, Field Education, Business Training, Channel & Customer Activation, In-Store Excellence.
