Job Description About the Role Do you enjoy solving engineering challenges before detailed design begins? Are you motivated by influencing major engineering decisions at the earliest stages of complex projects? As an Early Engagement Engineer within our End Fitting Supply team, you will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of tomorrow’s subsea energy projects. Working closely with customers, Sales, and multidisciplinary engineering teams, you will evaluate technical feasibility, develop engineering concepts, support and provide input to define project case. Your work will help ensure that every proposed solution is technically robust, commercially viable, and positioned for successful project execution. Objectives In This Role, You Will
About The Team You will join our End Fitting Supply team, responsible for developing the critical connectors that interface flexible pipes with subsea production systems. Working alongside experienced engineers, project teams, manufacturing specialists, and commercial colleagues, you’ll help deliver innovative and reliable subsea solutions for customers worldwide. Collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous learning are central to how we work.
