What you'll do

Connect people, technology, and e-commerce to create seamless digital experiences. From optimising our Shopify ecosystem to testing new ideas and turning insights into action, you will help shape a smarter, smoother, and more engaging customer journey. As our E-commerce Specialist, you will be the go-to person for system support in the organization and keep our e-commerce platform and connected tools stable, well configured and easy for the team to use. In this role, you will connect systems, processes and teams so the end-to-end customer journey works seamlessly. You will report to Head of Digital User Experience and will become part of an international environment at our HQ in Christianshavn, Copenhagen. This is the job

  • Manage day-to-day setup, configuration and maintenance of Shopify and connected tools and apps.
  • Provide first-line system support to the e-commerce team and wider business.
  • Monitor data flows and integrations between systems, following up on errors that affect products, orders or the customer experience.
  • Test and validate new features and releases (UAT) to make sure they work as intended and meet user needs.
  • Support new projects with UX input, including user flows, wireframes and prototypes.
  • Plan, run and analyse A/B tests, and present results and recommendations to the team.
  • Ensure the site stays accessible and inclusive, and that testing and data handling follow privacy and consent requirements.

This is you

  • Experience in e-commerce, digital commerce or a similar digital role.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify or a comparable e-commerce platform, including its app ecosystem.
  • Experience working across connected e-commerce tools, such as PIM, ERP/OMS, search or marketing tools.
  • Practical experience planning, running and analysing A/B tests.
  • Comfortable with web analytics (e.g. GA4) and turning data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working with developers, including writing requirements and testing new functionality; familiarity with agile ways of working and tools such as Jira is a plus.
  • Good understanding of UX principles and usability, and able to create user flows and wireframes in Figma or similar.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and best practices for user data, consent and testing.
  • Good stakeholder skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical colleagues.
