E-Commerce Manager with a Focus on Growth & Automation

Bloomtree Technologies is looking for a hands-on eCommerce Manager to join our growing international team. We operate across the refurbished IT and technology industry, selling through multiple online channels and marketplaces. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of our eCommerce activities while also helping us improve, automate and scale the way we work. Your responsibilities: • Managing and developing our online sales channels and marketplaces • Creating, improving and maintaining product listings and content • Managing pricing, inventory, promotions and day-to-day eCommerce activities • Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to improve sales and conversion • Coordinating with sales, operations, warehouse and customer service teams • Helping improve the overall customer journey and online experience • Identifying repetitive or manual processes that can be automated or simplified • Testing new tools, integrations and ways of working to make our eCommerce operation more efficient • Supporting other digital and commercial projects as the business grows We are looking for someone who is: • Experienced in eCommerce and comfortable working across different platforms and marketplaces • Commercially minded and interested in improving results • A strong multitasker who can manage several priorities at once • Organized, proactive and comfortable taking ownership • Naturally interested in automation, AI, integrations and process optimisation • Good with systems, data and learning new technology • Comfortable working in a fast-moving business where not every process is already built • A strong communicator with good English Preferred skills but not required: Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, eBay or other online marketplaces is a plus, as is experience within technology, electronics or refurbished products.
