Driver Recruitment Specialist

GreenSM is expanding in Denmark, and we're looking for a Driver Acquisition Recruiter to join our growing team in Copenhagen. About GreenSM GreenSM is a leading electric mobility company expanding across Europe. Following our successful launch in Denmark, we are growing our local team to support the continued expansion of our driver network. As a Driver Acquisition Recruiter, you will play an important role in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding new drivers. You’ll manage candidates throughout the recruitment process and work closely with Operations, Training, and Driver Support teams to ensure a smooth journey from application to activation. Key Responsibilities ✅ Source and attract new drivers through online and offline channels ✅ Manage the driver recruitment pipeline and candidate communication ✅ Coordinate interviews, documentation, and onboarding processes ✅ Support recruitment campaigns, events, partnerships, and community initiatives ✅ Monitor onboarding, activation, and conversion metrics ✅ Help improve recruitment and onboarding processes ✅ Collaborate closely with Operations, Training, and Driver Support teams ✅ Support drivers throughout the recruitment and onboarding journey What We're Looking For ✔️ 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, high-volume hiring, driver recruitment, operations, or a related field ✔️ Experience with blue-collar or high-volume recruitment is a strong advantage ✔️ Strong communication and organizational skills ✔️ Comfortable managing multiple candidates and priorities ✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment ✔️ Fluent in Danish and English 📍 Copenhagen, Denmark This is a great opportunity to join GreenSM at an exciting stage of our growth and directly contribute to building and scaling our driver network in Denmark.
