What you'll do

About the role

In this role, you will work with versatile documentation tasks and your responsibilities are for example to create manuals, data sheets, user instructions, and other technical documents for both standard products and delivery projects, as well as spare parts. You will play a key role in ensuring the documents meet project demands and are delivered to clients on time. Additionally, you will proactively develop Evac's documentation system and procedures in close collaboration with a highly skilled documentation team.

Work tasks

  • Technical writing for projects, products, and spare parts
  • Document control for projects and collaborating with other document controllers
  • Assisting the Lead Documentation Engineer in workload management and work assignments
  • Developing best practices and improving the documentation system

We are looking for

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in environmental, mechanical, or a related engineering field
  • Experience in product and project documentation
  • Experience in technical documentation, reporting and other engineering tasks
  • Commited to provide excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication skills and proactive approach to work
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools

It is meritorious if you have

  • Working knowledge of JIRA, Windchill, SharePoint and AutoCAD
