Director / Partner M&A

An established corporate finance advisory firm is looking to strengthen its team with a senior M&A professional with a strong track record in transaction execution and an established network of relationships. The Role

• Originate and develop new M&A mandates through an established network of corporate and financial sponsor relationships.
• Lead buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions from initial discussions through to closing.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with business owners, corporates, investors and other key market participants.
• Identify new business opportunities and actively contribute to the firm's continued growth.
• Take a leading role in transaction execution, client management and negotiations.

The Profile

• Extensive experience in M&A, ideally gained within an investment bank or corporate finance advisory boutique.
• Demonstrated ability to originate and secure new mandates through an established professional network.
• Strong track record of successfully executing M&A transactions.
• Well-connected within the corporate finance market, with established relationships across corporates, business owners, investors and/or financial sponsors.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, commercial drive and the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
