What you'll build
If you've worked in a role where you've connected business strategy, operational challenges, and technology investment to deliver measurable results, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to turn opportunity into action and create momentum through credible, value-focused outcomes. Life on the team You'll join the Data Office leadership team within the LEGO Group's Digital Technology organisation. The team provides enterprise data platforms, governance, and best practices for data and AI while working closely with business areas to increase data maturity and business impact. This role suits someone who enjoys ambiguity, builds trust through relationships, influences without formal authority, and helps others see what's possible through data and AI. We work in a hybrid rhythm and collaborate closely across technology and business teams. What success looks like Success means becoming a trusted partner to operational leaders and ensuring data and AI are part of the conversations that matter most. Over the next 12 to 18 months, you'll help establish a new embedded capability, define where investment should be focused, and shape the future team needed to support long-term ambitions. You'll work closely with cluster leaders, technology leaders, product teams, engineers, the enterprise data platform team, and Data Office leadership to make that happen. Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis. However, please note we do amend or withdraw our jobs and reserve the right to do so at any time, including prior to any advertised closing date.
