The team & the role Our commercial organisation is around 25 people strong across Sweden and Germany: sales executives, SDRs, customer success, and the team leads who run them. And it's winning, with two markets, thousands of customers, and momentum we intend to accelerate. Now we're hiring the person who takes it to the next level. As Director of Sales, you own the whole commercial engine: new business through the sales teams, and expansion through the customer success team. You'll sharpen our methodology, level up our coaching, design compensation models, and raise the bar on how we hire, ramp, and grow across both markets, in a way that's built to scale further. You report to our Deputy CEO and sit on our leadership team from day one, with real authority to match: hiring decisions, team structure, and how the commercial organisation runs are yours. We're looking for someone who has done this before. Someone who has already led a commercial organisation at the scale we're heading for, and wants to do it again here. Someone who thinks in multiples, not increments. Someone who sees what already works well here and knows how to push it much further. This is a chance to shape the next chapter of a fast-growing company, at full speed and from the driver's seat. What You'll Do

• Develop and sharpen our sales methodology and playbook (discovery, demo, follow-up, objection handling, qualification) into one way of selling across markets
• Build the coaching framework our sales leaders run every week, from call reviews and scorecards to feedback loops, and coach the leaders in using it
• Design compensation models and own how they evolve as we grow
• Build the operating rhythm of the commercial organisation: weekly pipeline reviews, forecasting, and 1:1s that keep two markets sharp and consistent
• Own the expansion motion: lead the customer success team and grow revenue per account across our customer base
• Grow the leadership layer beneath you and develop the next generation of Sendify's commercial leaders
• Be closely involved as we enter new markets, and make sure our commercial model is ready to travel
• Be a strong cultural ambassador and lead by example, through the energy you bring, the standards you set, and the wins we celebrate

Who You Are We believe you:

• Have led a successful sales organisation of 50+ reps in a high-velocity SMB sales motion
• Have personally built and evolved a sales methodology and coaching system that held up as the organisation scaled
• Have led sales across several markets at the same time, with one shared way of working
• Have designed compensation models that worked, and evolved them as the business grew
• Have led through several layers of managers and grown leaders into bigger roles
• Are data-driven on the commercial engine: you know your funnel's conversion rates and your channels' CAC payback, and you build cases with numbers, not instinct

Nice to have:

• Experience owning expansion or net revenue retention, not just new business
• A strong point of view on sales frameworks, whether SPICED, MEDDIC, or your own
