Director of Product Marketing

We’re looking for an experienced product marketing professional to strengthen our positioning, sharpen our go-to-market approach and help customers see the value of our technology. About the role Net Insight is looking for an experienced Director of Product Marketing to shape how our media technology portfolio is positioned, brought to market and understood by customers. In this hands-on role, you will own product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy and sales enablement across our products and solutions for live sports, broadcast and IP/cloud-based media workflows. As part of the MarCom team, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will work closely with product and commercial teams to turn complex technology into clear and compelling customer value. You will bring a strong understanding of the market and our customers, while ensuring our commercial teams have the positioning, stories and tools they need to succeed. What you'll do

• Define and drive the product marketing strategy for our media technology portfolio.
• Develop clear positioning, messaging and value propositions for different customer segments and use cases.
• Lead go-to-market planning and commercial readiness for new products, services and major launches.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling customer benefits and commercial stories.
• Develop sales enablement content such as pitch decks, solution briefs, battlecards, case studies and customer presentations.
• Build strong market, customer and competitive insight to support both commercial and product decisions.
• Partner closely with Product Management, Sales, Commercial, Marketing, Operations and technical teams.
• Support strategic customer engagements, industry events, webinars, analyst briefings and thought-leadership activities.

What we're looking for You are an experienced product marketing professional with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to connect technology, customer needs and business value. We believe you bring:

• 5-10 years of proven experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, product management or commercial strategy within media technology, broadcast, telecommunications, cloud or another complex B2B technology environment.
• Strong knowledge of live sports production, broadcast workflows, contribution and distribution, media services or IP/cloud-based media workflows.
• Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for complex technology products or services.
• The ability to turn technical concepts into clear value propositions and engaging customer stories.
• Strong communication, presentation and storytelling skills, with confidence engaging both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Commercial understanding of areas such as pricing, packaging and service models.
• A collaborative and hands-on approach, with the ability to work effectively across Product, Sales, Marketing and technical teams.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies and experience using AI and digital tools to improve efficiency and ways of working.
