Director of Manufacturing Engineering Job Scope As Director of Manufacturing Engineering, you will lead and grow the team responsible for developing and industrialising the manufacturing solutions required for Lyten's next-generation battery technologies. You will play a key role in bridging technology development and industrial execution, ensuring future products can be successfully scaled into robust, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing processes. This is a strategic leadership role with significant influence on technology decisions, industrialisation strategy, manufacturing concepts, and future production capabilities. A key focus will be on growing the organisation while working closely with R&D, Product Development, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and external partners to build the manufacturing platform that supports Lyten's future growth. By helping transform breakthrough technologies into scalable manufacturing solutions, you will play a direct role in enabling the energy transition and strengthening Europe's industrial future.
