Digital Transformation Manager: For one of our globally leading tech clients we are urgently looking for an experienced Digital Transformation Manager for a long contract based in Stockholm, Sweden Its paying well and my client can interview asap! The Service Delivery Manager will own initiatives to accelerate the adoption of AI, emerging technologies, and continuous digital learning across the organization. The role combines technology awareness, employee adoption, training, capability development, and vendor engagement.

1. Enterprise Awareness & Adoption

• Develop and execute company-wide AI and technology awareness programs.
• Organize webinars, workshops, expert sessions, technology showcases, and learning events.
• Create and distribute newsletters, learning guides, educational materials, and best practices.
• Promote adoption of:
• Generative AI
• Microsoft Copilot
• Cloud services
• Cybersecurity solutions
• Automation
• Analytics

1. Training & Capability Development

• Assess current and future technology skill requirements across the IS organization.
• Conduct skills-gap and training-needs analyses.
• Develop annual learning roadmaps aligned with strategic business and technology priorities.
• Coordinate internal learning initiatives and external training programs.
• Drive professional certifications and career-development initiatives.

1. Vendor & External Engagement

• Manage relationships with technology vendors, learning providers, and industry experts.
• Coordinate vendor-led training and certification programs.
• Leverage existing vendor partnerships to maximize learning value and minimize costs.
