Digital project manager (P&O/HR tech)

emagine is looking for a digital project manager within P&O/HR tech for our amazing client in Stockholm. Start: 2026-11-03 End: 2026-06-30 Scope: 100% Location: Stockholm Role description: You will be responsible for driving prioritized projects within the digital area for our People and Organization (HR) department. You will be part of a cross functional digital- and P&O-team, consisting of our tech lead, developers and data engineers, business- & solution architects as well as critical P&O colleagues and stakeholders. The role also includes working closely with other stakeholders across the organization (not only P&O, but also for example digital workplace and our operations organisation) to ensure successful implementation of solutions that meet the needs of the business, while following our digital strategy and principles. Key Responsibilities

• Leading and managing P&O- & tech related projects from inception to delivery
• Engaging, coordinating and collaborating with multiple stakeholders across various departments
• Defining project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, and ensuring milestones are met
• Identifying and mitigating project risks and dependencies
• Facilitating communication between digital teams and business stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager, preferably within P&O/HR tech
• Strong background working close to digital teams
• Knowledge of P&O/HR processes
• Expertise in managing projects in a structured way towards steering committees with high expectations; excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proven experience of change management: working towards multiple stakeholders, ensuring cross-functional alignment
• Experience with agile methodologies is meriting
• Experience of process industry is meriting
