What you'll do
📍 Stockholm | Full-time consulting assignment We’re looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead digital initiatives within People & Organization (HR). You’ll work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that support business needs and align with digital strategy. Your responsibilities:
- Lead HR and technology projects from planning through delivery.
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Coordinate stakeholders across HR, digital, and operational teams.
- Identify and manage project risks and dependencies.
- Ensure clear communication between technical teams and the business.
- Support change management and alignment across functions.
What you bring:
- Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager, ideally within HR technology.
- A strong track record of working closely with digital delivery teams.
- Knowledge of HR processes.
- A structured approach to project delivery and steering committee reporting.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Experience driving change across multiple teams and functions.
Experience with agile methodologies or the process industry is a plus.
