What you'll do

“Don’t be a split end—join our team and let's make magic happen!” “We're all about curling up with success. Come join our creative crew!” “Life isn’t perfect, but your hair can be! Join us and let’s create beautiful hair together.” “Brush off the competition and style your career with us!” Now that we've had some pun, Let’s discuss what makes this opportunity a great fit for you. About KEVIN.MURPHY Group: THE CHOICES WE MAKE reflects KEVIN.MURPHY Group’s ongoing commitment to driving positive change for both people and the planet. We are dedicated to creating a future where product quality, performance, and cutting-edge innovation in professional haircare elevate lives and help regenerate the planet. KEVIN.MURPHY Group produces high-end salon products recognised for their advanced formulation and environmental responsibility. With a presence in over 65 countries and a global team of more than 300 passionate professionals, our brands include KEVIN.MURPHY, KEVIN.MURPHY Canada East, KEVIN.MURPHY France, KEVIN.MURPHY Germany, KEVIN.MURPHY Mid Atlantic, and Showpony. Position Overview: The Digital Project Coordinator provides day-to-day support for KEVIN.MURPHY's digital learning and engagement platforms. This role is the first point of contact for platform users, coordinates daily communication with our external development partner, and supports testing and rollout of new features. Working closely with the Project Manager, who owns the product roadmap and prioritisation, this position ensures our platforms run smoothly for users across the business. Top 5 Priorities for this role:

  • Run reliable first-line support: Users and internal teams get fast, accurate answers. Recurring questions and issues are spotted and fixed at source, through better how-to material or a vendor fix.
  • Keep platform administration accurate: User setup, access and content assignments are correct and current across all platforms, with no backlog of admin requests.
  • Make the vendor relationship work day to day: Every ticket is logged, followed up and closed. The Project Manager always has a clear view of open issues and their status.
  • Protect release quality: No release or bug fix goes live untested. Issues are documented clearly enough for the vendor to act on first time.
  • Turn user feedback into usable input: Feature requests and user-testing findings are captured in a structured way and feed directly into the Project Manager's roadmap and prioritisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer support emails and questions from users and internal teams.
  • Handle platform admin: user setup, access, content assignment.
  • Explain how custom platforms work to new users; keep the how-to material current.
  • Own daily communication with the development vendor: tickets, follow-up, status.
  • Test new releases and bug fixes; document issues for the vendor.
  • Run user testing sessions and write up the findings.
  • Collect feature requests from stakeholders and pass them on structured.
  • Support feature rollouts: internal comms, launch checklists.
  • Support UAT on system integrations: execute test cases, log issues, verify fixes.

Ideal Skills Competencies & Experience: Skills

  • Experience supporting users of digital platforms (e.g. learning management systems, e-learning, CMS or other SaaS tools), including user and content administration.
  • Working knowledge of ticketing and project tools (e.g. Jira, Asana or similar).
  • Ability to write and execute test cases, run UAT and log defects clearly.
  • Clear, simple writing for how-to guides, release notes and internal communications.
  • Confident user of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel).

Competencies

  • Service-minded and patient; able to explain technical topics in plain language to non-technical users.
  • Organised and reliable, with strong follow-through on open items.
  • High attention to detail, particularly when testing and documenting issues.
  • Confident working with external vendors; follows up without being chased.
  • Collaborative, and comfortable working with stakeholders across functions, regions and time zones.
  • Curious and quick to learn new platforms and tools

Experience

  • 1–3 years' experience in a digital support, platform coordinator, or junior project role.
  • Experience working day to day with an external development partner or agency.
  • Exposure to software testing and UAT.
  • Tertiary qualification in IT, digital media, communications or business; equivalent experience considered.
  • Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.

Benefits That Support You and Your Growth:

  • Enjoy physical activities like boxing, yoga, winter swimming, and even the chance to join the local sauna club.
  • Frequent office events and gatherings to connect with your team.
  • Favorable benefits like Company-paid pension and private health insurance.
  • Supplied yummy lunches, snacks, and office breakfasts - because we believe in fueling our team well
  • Generous product perks to keep you glowing and feeling your best.
