About the role We are looking for a Digital Lead – Integrated Enterprise Planning to lead the technical direction and product roadmap for our Decision Intelligence Platform. The platform is a key part of our Enterprise Orchestration ambition and will enable better, faster and more automated decision-making across our global logistics network. In this role, you will work at the intersection of business, architecture, data and engineering, translating complex planning and operational needs into scalable digital capabilities. You will not be expected to build every technical component yourself. Instead, you will set direction, shape the platform and work closely with architects, engineers, data teams and business stakeholders to ensure that the right capabilities are designed and delivered. The position is based in either Gothenburg, Sweden or Oslo, Norway. What you'll do You will own the roadmap for the Decision Intelligence Platform, ensuring that it evolves into a scalable and reusable enterprise capability. You will shape the architecture across data, integrations, APIs, event-driven services, decision engines and orchestration workflows, while working closely with engineering and data teams to ensure strong technical quality and platform governance. A key part of the role is translating complex business decision logic into practical digital capabilities, including planning and optimization, scenario simulation, recommendations and real-time orchestration. You will also lead the technical delivery of priority use cases, balancing long-term architectural direction with pragmatic and iterative value delivery. As the platform evolves, you will help simplify and rationalize the existing planning and orchestration landscape and ensure that new capabilities can scale across additional use cases and geographies. What you'll need You have strong experience leading complex technology initiatives in large-scale, data-intensive environments, for example as a Technical Product Owner, Platform Lead. You have a solid understanding of modern enterprise architecture, including complex data flows, APIs, integrations, event-driven architecture and cloud-based platforms. You are comfortable working across business and technology and can translate complex operational problems into clear technical direction, roadmaps and scalable solutions. You are also comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy, bringing structure to complex and evolving problem spaces and making sound technical decisions. Experience from supply chain, logistics, transportation, manufacturing or other operationally complex environments is highly relevant. Highly relevant experience Experience with decision-support or decision-execution capabilities involving optimization, simulation, advanced analytics, AI-driven recommendations or real-time planning is highly valuable. Exposure to platforms or technologies such as Aera, Kinaxis, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, graph technologies or optimization engines is an advantage, but not a requirement. Experience with enterprise orchestration, Digital Twins or large-scale planning platforms is also considered highly relevant.
