Digital Graphic Designer

At SELECTED, we are looking for a Digital Graphic Designer to join our Brand Identity team while one of our colleagues is on maternity leave. YOUR TEAM You will join our Brand Identity team and work alongside creative colleagues across graphic design, art direction, photography and other areas of brand communication. Together, we bring SELECTED's visual identity to life across channels and markets. Campaigns move quickly from idea to execution, so close collaboration, good creative sparring and the ability to keep several deliveries moving at once are part of everyday life. YOUR ROLE Your main focus will be creating and adapting visual content for our digital channels, particularly CRM and Paid Media. You will take established concepts and translate them into strong executions across formats, platforms and markets, while keeping SELECTED's visual expression consistent. More specifically, you will:

• Design layouts and visual assets for newsletters and CRM campaigns.
• Create and adapt artwork for Paid Media across platforms and formats.
• Resize and adjust creative assets for different channels and markets.
• Create moving content such as animations and short-form video.
• Support the wider creative team with ad hoc graphic design tasks.
• Help ensure a high and consistent visual standard across digital touchpoints.

YOUR PROFILE You are a skilled Graphic Designer with a strong visual eye and a feel for what makes digital content engaging and on-brand. You enjoy turning creative direction into strong executions and take pride in the details that make the final result come together. We imagine that you:

• Have at least 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably working with digital content.
• Are highly skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign and Illustrator.
• Have a strong understanding of layout, typography and visual hierarchy, and experience creating content for digital channels.
• Work in a structured and detail-oriented way, comfortably managing several tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Figma, animation, motion graphics or short-form video is a plus. And if you have worked within fashion, lifestyle or another creative industry, that is an advantage too.
• Are comfortable communicating and collaborating in English in an international working environment.
