Digital Designer

We’re Omoi, a creative agency for deep tech: space, aerospace, AI, robotics, energy, life sciences, and more. We help companies with branding, strategy, design, content, and storytelling. Companies doing hard things that are hard to explain. Since we started just two years ago, we’ve worked with nearly 50 companies in more than 7 countries, grown from 2 people to 12, and helped our clients raise over €650m. We’re looking for a Digital Designer to build the digital homes of these companies. A website is often the first place investors, partners, and future hires meet the technology. It has to make sense in seconds and feel considered at every scroll. You’ll own website design end to end: research and information architecture, content narrative at the page and section level, wireframes, detailed design, and interactive prototypes. You’ll dig into what makes a company and its technology work, then turn that into something anyone can grasp. Our sites aren’t checkout flows. They explain things, with polish, finesse, and ease. Good UX is the baseline. We want delightful. You think in motion and interaction, and you use storyboards and prototypes to sell concepts to clients and make the handoff to development seamless. You’ll work alongside brand designers, 3D artists, copywriters, and developers. We’re a small, international, cross-disciplinary team, so you’ll get real ownership and work on a lot of different things. This isn’t a role for the faint-hearted. We’re a startup working for startups, and a successful candidate will be prepared for that. Our clients are racing to build things that haven’t existed before, and we move at their speed. It’s hard work, and rewarding work, alongside some of the most innovative teams in the world. You’ll join people who’ve built brands at Bottega Veneta, Ogilvy & Mather, Gin Lane, Great Works, Laird & Partners, Collins, and more. Our working language is English, and all work happens in our studio in central Stockholm. This role is not remote. You have:

• 5+ years designing websites, ideally at a small agency or studio
• Sites you've taken from IA through launch
• Expert Figma skills, including prototyping and interaction design
• A sharp eye for typography, layout, and motion
• A knack for making complex technology feel simple
• Confidence presenting work directly to founders
• Bonus: curiosity and hands-on experience with agentic design and creative coding
