Digital Dental Sales & Prosthetics Representative

We are looking for a driven Digital Dental Sales & Prosthetics Representative to support the growth of our digital dentistry and prosthetics solutions across an assigned territory. In this highly visible field-based role, you will partner with dental laboratories and dental clinics to promote cutting-edge digital solutions, provide expert product demonstrations and training, and deliver first-level technical support. You'll play a key role in helping customers optimize their digital workflows while driving sales growth and customer satisfaction. What You Will Do

• Drive sales growth of our digital dentistry and prosthetics portfolio within your territory
• Partner with the sales team to plan customer visits, training activities, and business development initiatives
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that support clinical and business success
• Demonstrate, install, and train customers on digital products, software, equipment, and workflows
• Provide first-level technical support and hotline assistance for digital solutions and services
• Support dental laboratories throughout the prosthetic workflow by delivering technical expertise and product guidance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively developing new business opportunities
• Analyze territory performance, customer trends, and sales opportunities to achieve or exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with key opinion leaders, customers, and internal stakeholders to expand market presence
• Promote courses, educational events, and training programs to increase customer engagement
• Maintain accurate reporting of activities, opportunities, forecasts, and customer interactions through CRM tools
• Stay current on industry trends, competitive activities, and new technologies within digital dentistry

Job Requirements What We Are Looking For

• Degree or equivalent education in Dental Technology, Medical Technology, Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Dental Technician within a dental laboratory

OR

• Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in dental, medical device, or related healthcare industries
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer relationships
• Strong understanding of digital dentistry, CAD/CAM technologies, workflows, and related software solutions
• Excellent presentation, communication, and customer-facing skills
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and practical way
• Experience using CRM systems and digital business tools
• Fluent in local language and comfortable communicating in English
• Valid driver's license

Additional Information

• Field-based role with approximately 80% travel within the territory
• Occasional international travel for training, congresses, and industry events
• Flexibility to travel or work occasionally on weekends when required
