DevSecOps Engineer

This position is with one of our clients in Sweden who is actively hiring candidates to expand their teams. Role: DevSecOps Engineer Location: Gothenburg, Sweden Employment Type: Full-time Permanent Key responsibilities

• Automating, developing and maintaining the team´s services
• Providing Runtime support for infrastructure and services
• Providing technical support and coaching for our development teams
• Contributing to development roadmaps and other platform improvements
• Always looking for ways to improve reliability and efficiency through automation

Our Dev Stack

• Languages: Java, Groovy, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python
• AWS: CloudFormation, CDK, SAM, EC2, ECS, IAM, Lambda, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, API Gateway
• DevOps: Git, Packer, Ansible, Docker, Jenkins, Artifactory
• Databases: DynamoDB, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
• Frontend: React, Next.js

Required

• Minimum 7 years of total IT-related experience, including at least 3 years in an enterprise production environment.
• Strong Everything-as-Code mindset with experience automating infrastructure, deployment, and operational processes.
• Strong coding/scripting skills in Python, Bash, Java and/or TypeScript.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, particularly CloudFormation, CodePipeline, CodeDeploy and CodeBuild.
• Good understanding of CI/CD principles and tooling, including Jenkins.
• Experience with infrastructure and configuration automation tools such as Packer and Ansible.
• Experience with serverless technologies and event-driven architectures, including services such as Lambda, SQS, SNS, EventBridge and API Gateway.
• Good working knowledge of Linux environments.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL, DynamoDB and MongoDB.
• Experience with monitoring, lifecycle management and production support.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with an open mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.

Highly Desirable Experience with one or more of the following:

• Artifactory
• Xray or other vulnerability scanning tools
• SonarQube
• GitHub / Gerrit
• AWS CDK
• Kubernetes
• Database administration/management
