DevOps / GitHub Engineer for D365 CE CI/CD

We are looking for an experienced DevOps / GitHub Engineer to design and implement CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform in a large enterprise banking environment. Key Responsibilities

• Design and build GitHub Actions–based CI/CD pipelines across Dev/Test/UAT/Prod environments.
• Implement release governance, approval workflows, security controls, and auditability.
• Manage GitHub Enterprise features including Actions, environments, branch protection, secrets, and security scanning.
• Establish robust branching, promotion, testing, quality gates, and pipeline observability.
• Work closely with D365/Power Platform technical teams to translate ALM requirements into scalable pipeline solutions.

Must-Have

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise Cloud and GitHub Actions.
• Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines in regulated or enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, IaC, secrets management, release governance, and environment promotion.
• Experience with change management, audit trails, segregation of duties, and approval gates.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Power Platform ALM experience: PAC CLI, solution management, managed/unmanaged solutions, connection references, environment variables, Power Platform Build Tools.
• Familiarity with Dataverse, Power Automate, plugins, and service protection limits.
• Previous CI/CD experience specifically with Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform.
