We are looking for DESTINATION GUIDE for our client, Lapland Hotels SnowVillage, for the winter season 2026-2027.

The role of a Destination Guide is international and diverse. The work includes, among other duties, leading guided tours for groups in the snow and ice world. Employment begins on November 23, 2026, and is expected to continue until April 4, 2027. Full-time work is available at 112.5 hours per three-week period. The employment contract will be concluded between the employee and Staffpoint.

Lapland Hotels SnowVillage uniquely combines the magical worlds of snow and ice. Every year in November, a one-of-a-kind icy attraction covering approximately two hectares is built in Lainio, featuring ice sculptures, an ice restaurant, and an ice bar. Reception and restaurant facilities, however, are comfortably located within warm log-built surroundings.

Smiling customer service and creating memorable experiences are the core values of SnowVillage. Lapland Hotels SnowVillage welcomes approximately 80,000 visitors annually, and the theme changes every year. Its location near the Levi and Ylläs ski resorts ensures a busy winter season. SnowVillage is approximately 45 km from Levi, 30 km from Äkäslompolo, and 15 km from Ylläsjärvi.

The accommodation is located approximately 15 km from the workplace, so a car or a driving licence is essential.
