About the role We are looking for a Department Manager to join our Automated Solutions department. In this role, you will spend approximately half of your time working on projects and the other half managing the day-to-day operations and long-term development of the department. As a team, we work with physical design and system integration to support the successful implementation of automated logistics solutions for API manufacturing, in close collaboration with vendors and customers. Your project experience will provide valuable insights for developing the department, while your management responsibilities will include resource management, employee development and exploring future business opportunities. Your contribution will be key to the team’s continued success as demand for automated solutions grows within pharma engineering. Location Virum or Kalundborg Experience Minimum 3 Years Department Automated Solutions How you might spend your days As a Department Manager, you’ll be:

  • Working on projects alongside your team
  • Managing resources across projects
  • Supporting employee growth and development
  • Driving technical and discipline development together with senior specialists
  • Contributing to a cross-disciplinary management team consisting of managers and senior specialists

What you bring to the role In all positions, there are some things that are preferred, and others, a bonus. If you do not meet all the qualifications listed below, you are welcome to offer alternative experience that you think would be valuable in this role:

  • You have at least 3 years of management experience
  • You have a BSc/MSc in mechatronics engineering, electrical engineering, transport and logistics with a focus on automation, or a similar field
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience working with automated solutions
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English
