Role Description The Denmark Online Language School Franchise Partnership is a remote contract role focused on launching and managing Lingua Learn’s online language school operations within Denmark. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing local market development, coordinating marketing activities, and building relationships with individual and corporate clients. The partner will manage the implementation of Lingua Learn’s e-commerce platform and CRM, supervise local staff or contractors as needed, and ensure high-quality delivery of language and training programs using Lingua Learn’s course materials and teacher network. This role involves ongoing collaboration with the Global Franchise Support Team to align local operations with group standards and to optimize sales, customer experience, and academic quality. Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills for client acquisition, relationship management, and collaboration with global support teams.
• Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess market opportunities, track performance, and adapt strategies for the Denmark territory.
• Writing skills for local marketing content, proposals, and clear documentation of processes and client communications.
• Training skills to support onboarding of local staff or partners and to ensure consistent delivery of Lingua Learn programs.
• Proven experience in business development, franchise management, or education services, ideally within online or language training markets.
• Comfort with digital tools, including e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and remote collaboration software.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive growth in a remote, contract-based environment.
• Fluency in English and strong knowledge of the Danish market; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Background in education, training, or related fields is beneficial, though diverse professional experiences are welcome.
