Overview As a Delivery Manager in our team, you will be the trusted partner for a portfolio of enterprise customers — the person who knows their business, speaks their language, and ensures the platform delivers on its promise every day. DaWinci is business-critical infrastructure for some of the world’s largest energy operators. You will own the Operational layer of our structured, three-level account engagement model — running regular, purposeful engagement with your accounts, catching issues before they escalate, and advocating internally for what your accounts need. The energy industry is in the middle of a technology shift. The DM who will thrive here is someone who follows these changes with genuine interest, uses new tools to work smarter, and can speak credibly about what these shifts mean for the organisations they work with. The career path from here is genuinely open. Within the team you can grow into senior and advisory roles, or move across Quorum into Customer Success, Sales, or Solution Architecture. Some travel should be expected — you will meet customers on-site across our global regions and attend industry events. It may not happen immediately, but building a presence in person is part of how this role works at its best. • Serve as the primary customer-facing partner for your accounts — building trusted, long-term relationships grounded in product knowledge, operational understanding, and genuine commitment to customer success
• Advise clients on DaWinci best practices and drive ongoing product adoption across modules — personnel logistics, cargo, vessel, accommodation, and the MyDaWinci app
• Advocate for your accounts internally — ensuring open items are prioritised, escalations are handled with urgency, and the voice of the customer reaches Product and Engineering
• Participate in go-live hypercare, ensuring the handover from implementation to ongoing operations goes smoothly and accounts are set up for long-term success
• Contribute to Tactical and Strategic reviews alongside senior Customer Experience (CX) leadership
• Support accounts through platform upgrades and configuration changes, coordinating with Engineering and Product to communicate impact and manage expectations
• Engage with AI-assisted tooling and automation to work smarter and create more space for the high-value relationship work that defines this role
• Contribute to our knowledge base and help shape how we deliver — your experience on the ground is how we improve
• And other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A natural relationship builder with a track record of earning trust — someone who shows up with credibility, follows through on commitments, and is comfortable navigating complex, international organisations
• Technically literate — this is a prerequisite, not a bonus. You don’t need to be a developer, but you need a solid grounding in technology: systems, data, configuration, or digital workflows. Combined with strong relationship and commercial instincts, this is the foundation the role is built on
• A skilled communicator and simplifier — able to translate complex topics into clear, relevant language for any audience, from a logistics coordinator on a platform to a VP in a boardroom
• Composed and resilient under pressure — you can navigate difficult situations, competing priorities, and high-stakes situations without losing your footing or carrying the weight home
• Equally effective working independently and as part of a team — self-directed enough to own your accounts without being managed, collaborative enough to make the people around you better
• Fluent in English and Norwegian, both written and verbal

Preferred Skills

• Experience in account management, customer success, sales, or a customer-facing delivery role — backgrounds in enterprise SaaS, operational technology, logistics software, or B2B client services are all relevant; the sector can be learned, the skills cannot
• Curiosity about the energy sector and a genuine appetite to understand how complex, safety-critical logistics operations work — industry knowledge can be acquired, the drive to learn it cannot
• Higher education in a relevant field (logistics, engineering, energy, customer relations, or business) is preferred; strong and directly relevant professional experience will be considered in lieu of a formal degree
• Familiarity with AI tools, digital workflows, or the evolving role of technology in the sector
• Experience working with CRM or account management tools, and comfort with structured documentation and governance frameworks — you keep your accounts organised, visible, and well-documented
