Delivery Director

Delivery Director – Data Centre Construction Location: Norway What does it take to turn an empty site into a fully operational data centre? It takes strong leadership, commercial awareness and the ability to bring complex construction projects together. Most importantly, it takes someone willing to take ownership of the outcome. We are looking for an experienced Delivery Director to lead the construction delivery of a major data centre project in Norway. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will take responsibility from the start of construction through to operational handover. You will be the driving force behind the project, accountable for programme, budget, contractor performance and successful delivery. The Role Working alongside specialist engineering, technical and project controls teams, you will:

• Own the overall construction programme, budget and delivery outcomes.
• Lead the day-to-day relationship with the Design Build partner and drive contractor performance.
• Manage project progress, commercial matters, variations and change orders.
• Identify and resolve risks affecting cost, schedule and delivery.
• Coordinate construction, engineering, commissioning and operational readiness.
• Lead project completion, customer acceptance and handover to Operations.

About You You are an established construction delivery leader with:

• At least 8 years' experience delivering data centre or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
• A proven track record of owning project budgets, schedules and delivery outcomes.
• Experience managing major Design Build, EPC or main contractor relationships.
• Strong commercial, programme and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience taking projects through construction, commissioning and handover.

Experience delivering hyperscale or Tier III+ data centres, particularly full campus developments, would be a major advantage. Why Apply?
