DELIVERY DIRECTOR – DATA CENTRE CONSTRUCTION 📍 Location: Norway From the first stages of construction to final handover, this is an opportunity to take ownership of a major data centre development. The successful delivery of a data centre requires more than technical expertise. It takes strong construction leadership, commercial judgement and the ability to bring contractors, engineering teams and stakeholders together to deliver against demanding programme and budget commitments. We are looking for an experienced Delivery Director to lead the construction delivery of a major data centre project in Norway. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who understands what it takes to deliver complex construction projects. You will be the key point of accountability for the overall delivery, driving the Design Build partner, managing programme and cost, resolving issues and ensuring the project is completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard. The Role Working closely with engineering, project controls, customer and operations teams, you will:

• Take overall ownership of construction delivery, from commencement through to operational handover.
• Lead the day-to-day relationship with the Design Build partner, holding them accountable for performance, programme and quality.
• Own and manage the overall project programme, master schedule, budget and delivery milestones.
• Oversee cost management, commercial matters, variations and change orders.
• Identify, manage and resolve risks that could affect project cost, schedule or successful delivery.
• Coordinate construction activities with engineering, commissioning and project controls teams.
• Drive progress on site, challenge performance and make timely decisions to keep delivery on track.
• Lead project completion, customer acceptance and final handover to Operations.

About You You are an established construction leader with a track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects. You will ideally bring:

• At least 8 years' experience delivering data centre, mission-critical or similarly complex construction projects.
• Proven responsibility for overall project delivery, including programme, budget, cost and schedule.
• Experience managing major Design Build, EPC or main contractor relationships.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, site execution, contractor management and project controls.
• The ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage senior customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience taking projects through construction, commissioning, acceptance and operational handover.

Experience delivering hyperscale or Tier III+ data centres, particularly multi-building or full-campus developments, would be a significant advantage.
