Data Warehouse Consultant- ERP

Warehouse Track Lead – OneERP Rollout Role Purpose Lead the Warehouse workstream during OneERP deployment, ensuring that global template processes, D365FO Warehouse Management functionality, and local business requirements are successfully adopted across the rollout site. The role acts as the primary liaison between the central template team, warehouse business users, Deployment Specialists, ROSAs, and project leadership for all warehouse-related topics. Key Responsibilities

1. Process & Solution Ownership

• Drive deployment involving integrations which covers the below business processes
• Goods Receiving
• Inspection Processes
• Put-away
• Inventory Management
• Picking
• Packing
• Shipping
• Spot Counting and Cycle Counting
• 3PL Warehouse Processes
• Mobile Device/Warehouse App usage (WMA)
• Ensure compliance with the global OneERP warehouse template.
• Review local requirements and identify process gaps.
• Support fit-gap workshops and solution discussions.

1. Business Engagement

• Conduct warehouse process workshops with site stakeholders.
• Facilitate key user and super-user engagement.
• Align warehouse operations with OneERP standards.
• Support change management and business adoption activities.

1. Deployment & Testing

• Define warehouse test scenarios and business process validation cases.
• Participate in:
• SIT
• UAT
• Cutover rehearsals
• Mock go-lives
• Validate end-to-end warehouse flows with Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing

1. Data & Master Data Readiness

• Review warehouse-related master data:
• Warehouses
• Locations
• Inventory dimensions
• Work templates
• Location directives
• Mobile menu items
• Item storage dimensions
• Support data validation and migration activities.

1. Governance & Risk Management

• Track warehouse deliverables, dependencies, risks, and action items.
• Escalate process gaps through ROSA and governance forums.
• Maintain documentation in Azure DevOps and SharePoint.
• Provide progress updates to Project Manager and Tranche Leadership.

Required Skills Functional

• Strong knowledge of:
• D365FO Warehouse Management
• Inventory Management
• Procurement & Sourcing
• Production Integration
• Quality Management
• Understanding of barcode scanning and mobile warehouse execution.
• Experience with 3PL integration scenarios.

Preferred Experience

• 7+ years in Warehouse/WMS operations or ERP implementations.
• Experience in global ERP transformation programs.
• Previous involvement in D365FO or OneERP rollouts.
• Experience with Zebra mobile devices and warehouse applications is advantageous.
