SAP Data Migration Lead (S/4HANA) - Stockholm Stockholm · Permanent The organisation We are working with an established consultancy hiring into a newly created strategic role. They deliver large-scale SAP and data transformation programmes for enterprise clients across multiple industries, working with business-critical systems alongside both global and local stakeholders. The role A senior position leading data migration on S/4HANA and enterprise transformation programmes from start to finish. You’d own the full lifecycle - assessment, planning, design, execution, testing, cutover and post-migration support - and be the person clients and internal teams look to when a migration has to land cleanly. Day to day, you will:

• Lead multi-phase migration programmes across enterprise environments
• Work with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements, identify risks and shape the migration strategy
• Own migration planning, including scope, resourcing, timelines and success criteria
• Make sure data quality, validation and testing protect data integrity throughout
• Plan contingency and rollback strategies for business-critical go-lives
• Work across process teams, IT, deployment teams and the business, translating technical migration concepts into language non-technical stakeholders can act on

This is a delivery-owning role rather than an advisory one - you’d be accountable for migrations landing, not just for the plan. What we’re looking for

• Fluent written and spoken Swedish and English
• 5+ years’ hands-on experience in data migration and ETL across the full migration lifecycle
• Experience with migration tooling such as Syniti, SAP Data Services (BODS), SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW or Informatica
• SAP S/4HANA migration experience is a strong advantage
• Strong project management background, delivering multi-phase initiatives on time and in scope
• Consulting or programme delivery experience across large enterprise clients and different industries
• Comfortable with stakeholders from technical teams through to C-suite
• SQL is useful for validation and troubleshooting, though not required
