Data, Economic & Impact Analyst

Non-Key Expert – Data, Economic & Impact Analyst NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project “Support to the Africa-EU Space Partnership Programme – AESPP Boost.” The programme aims to strengthen cooperation between Africa and the European Union in the space sector, supporting policy dialogue, institutional partnerships, knowledge exchange, innovation, private sector engagement and investment, while contributing to stronger and more sustainable African space ecosystems. In this context, we are seeking a qualified Non-Key Expert – Data, Economic & Impact Analyst to support data and economic analysis, monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment, evidence synthesis, indicator monitoring, and results reporting under the programme. Minimum Qualifications and Skills

• University degree of at least three years in statistics, economics, data analytics, social sciences, or a related field.
• Excellent command of English.
• Working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.

Minimum General Professional Experience

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in data analysis, economic analysis, surveys, reporting or indicator monitoring.

Minimum Specific Professional Experience

• At least 1 year of professional experience supporting MEL, evaluation or impact assessment, including quantitative and qualitative analysis, evidence synthesis, data compilation and preparation of dashboards or performance reports.
