What you'll do

About the role

In this role, you will take part in end-to-end ESG and Pillar 3 data reporting processes, data handling, and process automation. Together with the team, you will utilize your strong technical skills in Excel and SQL—with tools like Alteryx or Python as a plus—adapt flexibly to evolving requirements, and collaborate across functional teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and high-quality outputs.

Work tasks

You will support ESG reporting processes and data analytics workflows by handling end-to-end data processes, streamlining reporting, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality ESG insights.

We are looking for

  • 2+ years of professional experience in data handling, reporting, and process automation
  • Fluency in English with strong cross-team collaboration skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and good knowledge of SQL
  • A flexible approach and adaptability towards business and process changes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Beneficial

  • Skills with Python and/or Alteryx
  • Understanding of banks' balance sheet structures
  • Experience with ESG reporting or knowledge of ESG concepts
  • Experience in reporting system development and end-to-end process handling
  • Understanding of banks' balance sheet structure
