Position overview We work in the space of advanced analytics for learners in healthcare and are looking to expand our team. In our area of Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) we serve as the interface for varying roles in the healthcare system that want to know how their learners are doing, where they can improve and how prioritizing a high-quality training curriculum elevates the skills of their workforce. Our product team spans multiple roles, backgrounds and nationalities and for the next major phase in how we deliver insights to users, we want your help: Do you understand how to translate a vast structured data foundation into actionable insights for different user groups and metrics? Do you have experience in advanced analytics, i.e. leveraging LLMs, statistics and ML? Have you implemented agentic systems? Do you know how to move from product idea to trustworthy user-facing feature in this space? Do you want to help us on our mission to help save (even more) lives? • AI-Ready data foundation: guaranteeing high data quality for AI, refining the data model and ensuring efficient retrieval/search across our domain
• Agentic data analyst: empower our analytics users to uncover individualized insights by combining traditional analytics with agentic workloads.
• Operational excellence for AI: continuously learning and adapting the system while collaborating closely with product and design experts on the team

How you will contribute to the team:

• Design and implement agentic product features for our custom advanced analytics platform
• Understand and improve our domain data model
• Partner with the Product Manager and Design Researcher to understand user needs, gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure security/compliance and governed access for customers and internal users as well as safe guardrails for AI

Which skills you should bring (AI & data):

• Hands-on experience in data modeling, production ready LLM solutions and using tools such as Langchain, Mastra, Embabel or other ADKs
• Proficiency in using cloud data platforms and corresponding tools; e.g. PySpark, SQL, Databricks as well as the tools that enable search indexes, RAG or other integration patterns
• Proven understanding of different agent workflow patterns and their benefits
• (optional) Experience in data governance, semantic models and metadata management

Software engineering & other skills:

• Knowledge of engineering practices and willingness to discuss them with peers; e.g. branching strategies, TDD, agile & DevOps principles
• Advanced abilities in AI coding: harness engineering, skills development, context engineering, etc.
• (optional) Knowledge in IaC tools and cloud solution architecture
• (optional) Domain knowledge in healthcare and/or learning systems
