About the role The most successful ERP programmes aren't built on technology alone. They are built on architecture, vision and technical leadership. In this role, you'll work with some of the most experienced Microsoft professionals in the industry, helping clients modernise their ERP landscape and unlock the full value of their digital investments. As a Technical Solution Architect, you will define the technical direction of large-scale Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations programmes. You'll work across integration architecture, development governance, Azure services and platform strategy, partnering closely with solution architects, project leaders and client stakeholders. • Own the technical architecture for Dynamics 365 ERP programmes, from initial design through to go-live.
• Design integrations using Azure Integration Services, Dataverse and APIs.
• Establish development and architecture standards that teams can follow consistently.
• Guide development teams and technical leads, providing hands-on direction and review.
• Drive architecture governance and technical quality across the programme lifecycle.
• Advise clients on platform strategy and future-state architecture.
• Support solution reviews, estimations and technical pre-sales activity.

• Deep Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations expertise
• X++ development
• Azure DevOps and CI/CD
• Integration architecture
• Azure services and enterprise architecture
• Technical leadership in complex transformation programmes
