What you'll do

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dynamics 365 CE Configuration & Customization
  • Configure Dynamics 365 CE Out-of-the-Box (OOB) features to meet business requirements.
  • Customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, business process flows, business rules, and security roles.
  • Design and implement scalable CRM solutions following Microsoft best practices.
  • Design, develop, and maintain C# plugins, custom workflow activities, and custom APIs.
  • Optimize plugin performance and troubleshoot execution pipeline issues.
  • Implement custom business logic using .NET, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Web API.
  • Develop and maintain Power Automate cloud flows for business process automation.
  • Create reusable automation solutions with proper exception handling and logging.
  • Work with Model-Driven Apps and Power Apps components.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with external applications using REST APIs, Web APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and other Azure services.
  • Plan and execute data migration activities from legacy systems to Dataverse.
  • Perform data cleansing, validation, transformation, and reconciliation.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity throughout migration activities.
  • Develop SSRS reports, FetchXML reports, and Word/Excel templates.
  • Create dashboards and charts within Dynamics 365.
  • Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
  • Maintain version control and release documentation.
  • Analyze and resolve production issues within SLA timelines.
  • Monitor application health and optimize CRM performance.
  • Troubleshoot plugin exceptions, workflow failures, integration issues, and Power Automate failures.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service).
  • Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 CE Out-of-the-Box (OOB) capabilities.
  • Extensive experience in Dynamics 365 configuration and customization.
  • Strong knowledge of Dataverse architecture and security model.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • C#
  • .NET Framework / .NET
  • JavaScript / TypeScript
  • HTML/CSS
  • Web API
  • FetchXML
  • LINQ
  • Experience developing:
  • Plugins
  • Custom Workflow Activities
  • Custom APIs
  • JavaScript form customizations
  • Ribbon Command customization
  • Strong experience with Power Automate.
  • Experience with Model-Driven Apps and the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, REST APIs, and third-party systems.
  • Hands-on experience with data migration tools and methodologies.
  • Experience creating SSRS reports, FetchXML reports, dashboards, and Power BI reports.
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Good understanding of solution management, managed solutions, and deployment strategies.
  • Knowledge of performance tuning and CRM best practices.
