On behalf of a client in the energy industry, we are looking for a Cyber Security Training Programme Coordinator to support the design and rollout of cyber security awareness and role-based training across a global organisation.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate training needs across projects within a central cyber security programme
- Define target groups and map relevant training to different employee roles and responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an integrated training plan covering general cyber awareness, OT-specific training and local requirements
- Coordinate development and review of training materials for technical specialists, operational teams and management
- Manage external training providers, including scope, scheduling, quality assurance and follow-up
- Coordinate training delivery across multiple functions, regions and locations
- Define KPIs and reporting routines for training completion and effectiveness
- Use assessments, surveys, feedback and audit findings to improve the training programme
- Support additional programme training activities, including leadership training
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience developing and implementing cyber security awareness and training programmes
- Experience with training needs analysis, target-group definition and role-based learning design
- Experience managing external training providers
- Experience coordinating training delivery across multiple locations and stakeholder groups
- Experience defining KPIs and measuring training effectiveness through completion data, assessments, surveys and reporting
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in a complex matrix organisation
- Experience with OT cyber security and SCADA environments
- Experience from energy or another critical-infrastructure sector
- Knowledge of cyber security frameworks and standards such as IEC 62443, EU NIS2, UK NIS CAF or ISO/IEC 27001
