Driven by significant demand from Norway's leading global enterprises and critical public sector organisations, the business is embarking on an ambitious period of growth and transformation. With a substantial pipeline of enterprise security transformation projects, alongside increased demand following Norway's National Security Authority (NSM) raising the national cyber risk level to High, the organisation is significantly expanding its cybersecurity capabilities. The ambition is clear: 50% growth by mid-2028, building on an established community of almost 200 experienced cybersecurity professionals. Further strengthening its position, the business has also signed a major, long-term vendor partnership to modernise its Security Operations Centre (SOC) capabilities through the introduction of cutting-edge SOAR technology and Agentic AI. Desired Experience & Competencies We're interested in hearing from cybersecurity professionals with experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Security Operations: Security Analyst, SOC, SIEM and SOAR.
• Security Engineering: Splunk, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel and Cloud Security.
• Security Architecture: Enterprise security architecture and solution design.
• Security Advisory: NIS2, DORA and wider security governance and compliance.
• Service Delivery: Security Service Delivery Management or similar customer-facing roles.

We're also looking for:

• Experience implementing, optimising or improving security tools, technologies and capabilities to strengthen cyber resilience and overall security posture.
• An interest in working in a customer-facing, project-based consulting environment.
• Relevant industry certifications are advantageous, including GIAC, Splunk, Microsoft, ISC2 or equivalent.
• Fluency in Norwegian is essential.
