Customer Supporter, Cash Management Advisory - Internationals (Copenhagen) Are you motivated by creating good customer experiences and would you like to contribute to making a positive difference for our business and large corporate & institutional customers? In our Cash Management Advisory Internationals team, you will support customers across the Nordics with their daily banking and cash management needs, helping them realise their potential through tailored banking solutions. What you will be doing Joining our Internationals team in Copenhagen, you will work closely with business and large corporate & institutional customers who have international banking needs. You will collaborate with customer advisory teams, operations staff, and various business areas to deliver seamless banking experiences. Your role will include supporting customers with account management, payment processing, and digital solutions while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory frameworks.

• Support customers with international banking and cash management operations
• Coordinate customer onboarding alongside advisers and set up self-service solutions
• Assist with account opening, payment processing, and liquidity management solutions
• Resolve complex customer queries and handle sensitive support interactions

Partner with advisory teams and operations to gather information and direct enquiries - About you

• Fluent communication in Danish and English, plus one other Scandinavian language
• 3 to 5 years' experience in banking or finance, preferably Nordic region
• Comfortable working with various digital tools and banking systems
• Strong customer service orientation and collaboration skills
• Ability to understand complex tasks and adapt to varying workloads

Result-oriented approach with trust and helpfulness towards partners - Experience with cash management products or corporate banking would be valuable, along with knowledge of regulatory frameworks and international banking operations.
