Your role Join a collaborative and international team dedicated to delivering great customer experiences. You'll work closely with colleagues across functions, solve challenges, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to continuous improvements. • Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues, providing accurate and timely solutions.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional and engaging communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective case resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and cases.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements and knowledge base development.

Your profile

• Fluent in one or more Nordic languages and confident communicating in English.
• Experience in customer service, operations, quality management or a similar coordination role.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools, CRM systems, and other customer service platforms.
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in an international environment.
• Enjoys building positive relationships and creating great experiences for customers.
