The role 🙋 As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll work side-by-side with our Business Unit Manager and collaborate closely with the organisation i.e., Sales, Marketing, Support and Product. The role’s core objective is to work closely with the Business Unit Manager and Findity’s customers to drive product adoption, strengthen relationships, and support revenue growth across the Nordics and Europe. Combining strong product knowledge with a customer-focused approach, you’ll provide ongoing enablement and help customers get the most value from Findity. You’ll also collaborate with the Business Unit Manager to develop customer relationships and coordinate the rollout of new features, integrations, and product enhancements tailored to customer needs. You’ll join an amazing team alongside the Business Unit Manager and a Customer Success Specialist, while also being part of a larger, dynamic commercial department. Responsibilities 🙌

• Work hand-in-hand with the Business Unit Manager and Finditys customers, providing product knowledge and support.
• Work with the Business Unit Manager and grow the relationship with our customers.
• Provide ongoing, targeted enablement training to various teams (sales, support, onboarding etc) with a focus on how effective product use translates to revenue growth.
• Track adoption and account health, and spot upsell opportunities.
• Orchestrate the deployment of new features, integrations, and other product enhancements, tailored to the specific needs of the customer.

Requirements 📝

• 3+ years in a tech-focused role like customer success, product, or similar.
• A commercial mindset focused on driving revenue growth and building profitable relationships, emphasising product adoption as a key driver of that growth
• Product and technical knowledge - understanding of ecosystems to inspire confidence, deliver tailored solutions, and demonstrate how adoption drives revenue growth.
• You're curious about AI and use AI tools in your daily work to work smarter.
• High level of initiative and autonomy to independently lead projects that enhance retention and revenue growth.
• Understanding of accounting, ERP, and payroll systems.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.
