Role You’ll manage a portfolio of Grasp customers across the world’s leading private equity firms, investment banks, and management consultancies, helping them get maximum value from our platform. You’ll take customers from onboarding through renewal, helping teams embed Grasp into their workflows, proactively addressing risks, and identifying opportunities to expand usage and surface upsell opportunities. This is a client-facing role for someone who deeply understands how our customers work, can build trusted relationships with demanding finance professionals, and is excited about helping them leverage AI to build alpha. Skills And Requirements

• Finance background. Previous experience in investment banking, management consulting, or private equity, with a deep understanding of our customers’ priorities and workflows.
• Exceptional client hands. Builds trust with senior stakeholders, communicates clearly, and handles every type of customer situation with confidence.
• Ownership mindset. Acts proactively, and takes full ownership of responsibilities and outcomes.
